According to INSEE, the French Consumer Price Index (CPI) should expand by 1.1% in March 2019, after +1.3% in February, according to the provisional assessment made at the end of March 2019.

The drop in inflation should emerge from a slowdown in the prices of services, food, and tobacco. Contrariwise, energy prices should gather pace again.
