Meanwhile, Paolo Ardoino, the CEO of Tether, announced that all claims related to the Celsius bankruptcy case have been resolved.

The deal settles disputes between Tether and Celsius, a cryptocurrency lending company that filed for bankruptcy in 2022. During its bankruptcy process, Tether previously described the lawsuit as an illegitimate attempt by Celsius to recover money.
