No Change from the BOJ

As expected we got no change from the BOJ with the short-term interest rate target maintained at -0.1 pct.

The USD/JPY has barely moved today but is lower on the session.

Price did sell-off a bit, but it hasn’t been anything significant. Much like the announcement really.

It does look like interest rates will be staying low for a significant period of time in Japan.
