Retail Sales Also Remain High, But Most Likely Due to the Chinese New Year

Updated Thursday, May 13, 2021

In August they finally turned positive and have kept increasing since then. In fact, the pace of the increase has increased as well, putting sales to the pre-coronavirus levels.  In February and march we saw some extraordinary numbers, although the Chinese New year has skewed the numbers to the upside, so let's see how April will be.
