Looking at the full picture, this stock has gained by almost 144 percent this year so far and hit its all time high of $580.

Moreover, the bullish performance of this companys stock can be attributed to the increasing demand for artificial intelligence and data center chips. It should be noted that many large companies, including Microsoft, Google, Meta, and Amazon, are spending hundreds of billions on artificial intelligence infrastructure., which clearly shows high demand for AI in the market.

Therefore, this helped the AMD company a lot as they make powerful chips like the EPYC processors and Instinct GPUs. As a result, the companys overall sales increased to 10.3 billion dollars in Quarter 1 2026, which was seen as one of the key factors that helped this company’s stock to rise.

AMD Made Strong Sales And Profit

Not only that, but operating income also remained strong, whereas Free cash flow reached a record level of 2.6 billion dollars.
