US stock markets rose on Monday as investors raised concerns over the potential economic impact of the spreading Coronavirus, forcing the index to record highs. Shortly before the launch of the cash market in future markets, risk appetite began to subside.

While Asian investors and a handful of European and American investors are trying to find out if the rate of contagion from the coronary virus is stabilizing, the death toll has risen to over a thousand, with the outbreak of SARS.
