Market Update: Global Shares Salter – Closing Worst Year Since 2008

European shares slipped during the Asian session as concerns over diminishing economic growth and stronger monetary conditions held the region’s equities on course for their biggest yearly loss in 10 years.

Today seems another bearish day as investors are pulling funds out ahead of Christmas day.

  • S&P 500 (SPX) trades at 2,416.63 slips -2.06%
  • Nasdaq 100 fell to 6,046.56 by -3.15%
  • Dow 30 (DJIA) dipped to 22,445.37, down by -1.81%
  • FTSE 100 slipped to trade at 6,682.97 down by -0.57%
  • German30 ( DAX ) trades slightly bullish at 10,633.82, adding +0.21% today
