Ripple, the blockchain company known for its global payment solutions, received the “Platinum Award for Best Cross-Border Payments Platform” from Juniper Research.

The news sparked excitement throughout the crypto community, primarily applauded by the XRP army. The latest recognition is part of the Future Digital Awards for Fintech & Payments 2024. It highlights the firm’s growing influence in international finance. The company shared excitement about this on X, announcing, “We are pleased to announce that Ripple has been named a Platinum winner in the Best Cross-Border Payments Platform category by Juniper Research’s Future Digital Awards for Fintech & Payments 2024”.
Juniper Research also turned to X to recognize the achievements of the XRP company.
They said: “The Platinum reward for best cross-border payments platform goes to… Ripple for Ripple Payments!” This award emphasizes the company’s ability to supply productive, reliable and affordable solutions for cross-border transactions.
Furthermore, it could also prove to be an advantage for XRP as it plays an important role in the blockchain company’s cross-border payments venture. The growing adoption of the payment system could also boost the demand for XRP, thus raising its price. Currently, the XRP price is struggling below $0.54 due to the company’s legal battle as the SEC recently appealed a court ruling.
This is not the first prestigious award that falls to the company’s account. Last year, Ripple won the UK payment award – the PAY360 Awards. It topped the ranking for being a leader in digital currencies/assets in financial services.
Before that, Fortune magazine ranked Ripple 13th (out of 50) as “the best place to work in technology” for 2023.
According to the business magazine, 94% of the firm’s employees evaluate it “a “great place to work.” 98% of employees had a warm welcome upon associating the organization and 96% expressed their support for the management team.
Last but not least, People magazine included Ripple in its list of the “Top 100 Companies That Care About Employees and Society.” Other notable corporations that were part of that club included NVIDIA, American Express, Deloitte, MasterCard and more.

Today’s award follows a major milestone for Ripple as it enters the Latin American market with a new partnership in Brazil. Early last week, the blockchain company launched its advanced end-to-end payments solution in collaboration with Mercado Bitcoin, the largest crypto exchange in the region.
As CryptoPotato reported, the agency appealed a 2023 verdict issued by Judge Torres, which ruled that secondary sales of the company’s XRP token did not constitute sales of securities. The asset’s value subsequently plummeted by double digits, losing the momentum recorded at the end of September.
However, XRP’s recent unstable performance appears not to have changed the bullish stance of some analysts. Popular X user Dark Defender, for example, claimed that “nothing has changed” for the company and its native token after the latest development in the legal battle.
“The SEC appeal is a clear botch and will divide the poor-minded 1% of the whole population. The price does not depend on this demand, as we analyzed before,” they added.
