Robinhood’s Q4 Revenue Hits $1.01B as Crypto Trading Goes Wild with 700% Surge
Robinhood’s Q4 2025 earnings report showed revenue of $1.01 billion, beating Wall Street’s $940.8 million estimate.
The fintech giant attributed much of the success to an explosion in crypto trading, with crypto revenue up 700% year-over-year to $358 million.
According to a Bloomberg report, Robinhood’s crypto trading volume for Q4 was $70 billion, up 400% from the previous quarter. Trading volume had slumped earlier in the year, hitting a low of $14.4 billion in Q3 after peaking at $36 billion in Q1.
The big rebound was due to Bitcoin reaching $100,000 after the US elections and investor interest renewed. Increased market volatility and institutional interest was the key to activity on the platform.

Robinhood Reports Fifth Straight Profitable Quarter
Beyond crypto, Robinhood has been profitable for five quarters in a row. The company reported $916 million in net income for Q4 2025, up from $0.03 per share last year.
Total assets under custody (AUC) was $193 billion, up 88% from last year. This was due to rising asset values in equities and crypto, and steady net deposits from users.
Robinhood’s equity trading volume was $423 billion for the quarter, up 154% year-over-year. Total transaction based revenue was $672 million, crypto was more than half at $358 million, equities was $61 million.
Robinhood Expands Global Footprint
Robinhood’s global expansion has been a big driver of their success. They launched US equity options for UK customers and will enter the **Asian market with a Singapore HQ in 2025.**Vlad Tenev said in the earnings call that Robinhood will continue to innovate, with a new active trading platform and more assets in 2024.
CoinGape reported that CME Group will list XRP and Solana futures on Robinhood soon, which will make US retail traders able to trade regulated derivatives. This puts Robinhood in the top for both traditional and digital asset trading.
With global adoption, product launches and a booming crypto market, Robinhood is set to continue to grow in 2025.
