Crypto Experts Forecasts Altcoin Season Surge: Ethereum Poised To Surpass Bitcoin This Summer

Raoul Pal, the founder of Real Vision and a known figure in the crypto community, has recently offered his perspectives in a compelling post. Within it, he envisions what he refers to as “crypto summer” — a period marked by a rise in alternative cryptocurrencies, known as altcoins, surpassing Bitcoin (BTC).

Pal highlighted the significance of historical patterns. He explains past cycles where Ethereum has taken the lead during the summer season, surpassing Bitcoin’s growth and indicating the beginning of what he calls “altcoin season.”

“It’s like clockwork. Crypto summer kicks off the altcoin frenzy, paving the way for Ethereum to shine brighter than ever before,” Pal added.

How would this happen?

Pal presented a combination of factors, including macroeconomic trends and notably, the injection of liquidity into the market, particularly from the US.

One of the factors is the possibility of US liquidity injections, which could breathe new life into the crypto market. As the global economy treads uncertain paths, the influx of liquidity from the United States has the potential to act as a catalyst for a resurgent crypto market.

QCP, a crypto trading firm based in Singapore shared its sentiments about the potential influence of US liquidity injections, emphasizing its significance as a catalyst for the expected rise in cryptocurrency prices.

Amidst looming uncertainties, Pal’s forecast instills the crypto community with a cautious sense of optimism, tempered by an acknowledgment of the market’s volatility.

At this time of writing, Ethereum (ETH) is trading at $2,852.95 reflecting a 7.64% decrease in the last 24 hours.
