Former kickboxer and current social media star Andrew Tate is bullish on Ethereum (ETH) right now and expects the token to reach $4,000.

Tate predicted on social media back in March that Bitcoin (BTC) would hit $70,000, which it did. As Tate made his latest Ethereum prediction, he shared that prediction post on Bitcoin to show that his predictions have been true before.

On May 22^nd, he posted on X that Ethereum was headed for this new milestone. The token is currently at $3,777 (ETH/USD) and has a trade volume of $32 billion every 24 hours. That trade volume is up by 17% right now, and Ethereum is looking bullish.

The coin recently gained almost 20% in 24 hours, marking one of its biggest gains in a long time.

Tate, like a lot of Ethereum investors, is excited about recent happenings in the cryptocurrency market, particularly the fact that the US Securities and Exchange Commission could be approving spot ether ETFs very soon. That news caused the price to jump and could lead to even more Ethereum price increases in the near future, especially if that rumor of SEC approval is confirmed.

What Is Ethereum’s Outlook?

Ethereum is definitely bullish right now, even though Bitcoin is down a bit today. The coin had a huge spike just before press time and then fell back down to just above its previous level. It had jumped 4.5% but is now up only 0.16%.

There is incredible potential here for Ethereum to grow quickly and reach $4,000 even this week.

The overall cryptocurrency market sentiment is mixed, thanks to yesterday’s FOMC meeting that shaped inflation data. The FOMC numbers show that inflation was still high and was not really moving.

The spot ether ETF rumors have helped keep some of the crypto market high, though, and we could see that new push out the inflation data very quickly if ETFs get SEC approval.
